What is Facecard: Makeup Showdown?

Facecard: Makeup Showdown is a free Roblox makeup contest for up to 10 players per server. Each round gives everyone the same theme, and you paint it onto your own 3D face with brushes, stamps, lashes, hair and more.

When the clock runs out, every look gets a short photoshoot and the other players rate it from 1 to 5 stars. The best-rated face wins, and your stars count toward a ladder of ten ranks that unlocks poses, lash sets and brow stamps.

1Open SHOP in the lobby, or tap your credit card.

2Press the small code button in the shop header.

3Type the code and press REDEEM.

4Each code works once per player.

Facecard Roblox Guide

A round in Facecard: Makeup Showdown has five stages. Everyone paints the same theme, then the other players rate each look from 1 to 5 stars.

1Lobby: a short countdown while players gather.

2Paint: the theme pops up and the paint screen opens.

3Brushes down: press DONE (second tap) or let the clock run out.

4Vote: each look is shown in turn and rated from 1 to 5 stars.

5Results: the winner, the top three and the full leaderboard.

Facecard Roblox Makeup Tutorial

The paint screen in Facecard: Makeup Showdown has brushes, Mirror, layers, stamps, colour tools and a camera. Here is what each one does.

BrushSize sets how big the brush is, Strength how much colour goes down in one stroke and Softness how blended the edge is.

MirrorPaints both sides of the face at once. It starts switched on.

LayersYou always paint on the selected layer, and a hidden layer takes no paint.

StabilizerSmooths shaky lines, which helps with liner and lips.

StampsBrow stamps print a whole brow; shape stamps print hearts, stars, sparkles and eyeliner wings.

ColourReady-made palettes, a custom mixer, saved colours and a pipette to match the skin tone.

CameraFACE, EYES and LIPS jump to ready-made views, and a camera pad moves, zooms and turns the head.

Facecard Roblox Head Bases

The STYLE tab holds everything that is not paint: head bases, eyes, hair, piercings and poses. Lashes sit on the MAKEUP tab.

HeadThree head bases: Classic, Aniya and Mina. All are free and your pick is remembered for every round and Freeplay.

EyesA few eye styles are free, and the fancy ones come from the shop.

HairA featured list plus search. Hairs with a rainbow chip can be recoloured, and hair is a try-on you never have to buy.

LashesSome strips are free, some unlock as you rank up and some are in the shop. Lash clusters are a VIP tool.

PiercingReady-made sets anyone can wear and bigger sets in the shop. Custom placement is VIP.

PoseA couple of expressions are free and more unlock as you rank up.

Facecard Roblox Sculpt

Sculpt reshapes the face itself with sliders for eyes, nose, lips, cheeks and jaw. Makeup stays where you painted it.

1Open SCULPT next to MAKEUP and STYLE. Check any current unlock prompt in the game.

2The reviewed video prompt lists joining the group and liking the Roblox experience. Successful activation is not shown in the reviewed frames.

3Choose a part of the face, such as eyes, nose, lips, cheeks or jaw.

4Drag its sliders. The middle of a slider is the face as it comes.

5Open PRESETS, press SAVE FACE and tap a slot to keep the shape.

Facecard Roblox Ranks

Stars from other players become ranks, and ranks unlock poses, lash sets and brow stamps. In-game cash and the shop are covered on the same page.

StarsEvery star other players give your looks is added to your lifetime total.

LadderTen ranks, from Bare Face all the way up to Face Card Legend.

RewardsNew poses, lash sets and brow stamps. The highest ranks earn a chrome and then a gold title.

CashYou earn in-game cash for taking part, more for a good rating and a bonus for first, second or third place.

ShopBrowse eyes, lashes, piercing sets and passes, and try an item on before you buy.

PassesThe player-run Help Center lists a one-time VIP pass and a monthly VIP subscription. A subscription is not a permanent purchase; check the in-game offer.

Facecard Roblox Lookbook

The Lookbook stores your saved looks, and Freeplay lets you keep painting with no timer. One saved look can also enter Facecard of the Week.

1Open the Lookbook from the lobby or the paint screen.

2Tap SAVE NEW LOOK, give it a name and save.

3Select a card and press LOAD to reopen it in Freeplay.

4Use the pencil to rename or the bin to delete. Deleting needs a second tap.

5Press the gold SUBMIT button to enter Facecard of the Week. You have one entry.

Facecard Roblox Voting

Players rate every look from 1 to 5 stars. Reactions, gold VIP cards, reports and the results screen are explained here.

StarsRate each look from 1 to 5 stars. You can't rate your own look.

No voteIf you tap no stars, your vote counts as 1 star.

ReactionsLETHAL, JAWDROP, Golden Spotlight and Tomatoes are just for show and never change the score.

Gold looksA gold entrance and card mean a VIP player. It is decoration only.

ReportPress REPORT while a look is on screen. If enough players report it, it is taken down.

ResultsThe winner, second and third place and a leaderboard. The stars you received also count toward your rank.
